I remember when I was in 13 year old I was sent to BGS hostel in mangalore... in hostel they used to give us goli bhajje each day exactly at 5:00 evening ... I used to rush to the dining hall early to enjoy that aromatic golli bajje smell and the chef used to give me extra golli bajje everytime I sneaked into the dining hall...

Super bajis but the flour contistency was very thin😊
There was hotel called Sahyadri hotel in Malleswaram 8th cross bus stop in margosa road which had the best goli baje.. sadly that hotel closed down around 10 years back.. it was a wonderful hangout for students and senior students.

Refined flour means plain wheat flour?
Humble request to hebbars kitchen , authentic village PPL won't use maida, it's not good for health so pls post healthy dishes as much as possible 💖💖

Actually it's a authentic manglorian dish which can only be made using maida.no other substitute. Adding ginger and curd decreases the risk caused by maida. Yet the fact is true that maida is not good for health..
The baby is also help in cooking 😅
