The one which doesn't involve chopping of the trees 👍

@@abcdefg13305 Please pay attention. They are using dried coconut leaves for the most part and villages usually have some dried wood or sticks lying around. They don't need to cut any trees. Coconut husks are also used. All said and done their methods are probably more environment-friendly than the natural gas or electricity we use in our city kitchens.

@@EagleOverTheSea pls pay attention. You don't know for sure how many trees or getting chopped and how many are illegally being traded. The timber industry still exists proving my point. Their methods are "probably" more environment friendly? What is the probability? Do you know how much residual waste is produced in burning of firewood, coconut husk or whatever else no matter how naturally they are sourced? Don't underestimate the damage it causes to the environment not to forget their own health. Asthma and respiratory disorders, eye irrigation, TB and even lung cancer. Look it up sometime and you will know. Now let's talk about the electric and natural gas which you mentioned as "unfriendly", by whose standards exactly? Yours? Nah,I will pass. Electricity is the most reliable form of energy currently and futuristic fuel. Let's not even get to the job opportunities the entire hydro electric industry has been creating and will continue to do so owing to the fact that electricity is the safest and resilient right after natural gas which you decided to depreciate ignorantly. When it comes to all these revolutionary methods woodfire cooking doesn't even compare. But sure, let's laud it just because it is a primitive stupid traditional way.
