I got my V-Tac hunting sling in today for my 1934 Mosin-Nagant and I'm loving it! I just got some small Velcro straps to use as the "Dog Collars" on each end. So far that's working, but I want to get some metal D-Rings instead. Thanks V-Tac!

Looks cool. I have a orange color hunting sling. I would like to buy this but I don't see it in orange.

If I am buying a sling the don't also want to have to buy the hardware for that sling especially when the sling is 45 bucks!!

Regardless of the sling you get, you'll likely have to get the hardware for it. There's nothing about this sling where you have to buy different hardware.

Brilliant, should they make 100 different slings.. or make a sling and let the customer decide the hookup?

Depends on how and what you're hunting. If your haphazardly walking.. you're right.

I don't "engage animals"- I hunt them. My game is not an enemy combatant. Also, there is not a thing in the world I've hunted where carrying any kind of long gun over my back cross slung like that was possible. I actually carry binoculars into the field with me, not matter the big game animal, and that cross slung idea is total garbage. Seriously, stop over tacticooling hunting. The recent improvements in firearms are incredible for hunters, but not everything crosses over. I have dedicated weapons for that. You can take this as constructive criticism or internet bullying, but I don't buy hunting equipment that is sold like this- I'm repulsed by it.

You won't find a bigger advocate for personal ownership of small arms than myself. Hunting is not about closing with and destroying every living creature. It's not about the tool so much as the attitude.

Wow.. elietest mentality at it finest. I've used this method many times hunting in the mountains and swamps. This old mans a freaking warrior legend and has been "engaging" shit most of his life. Give him a break ffs. They make top Quality gear and I'm glad they offer a sling like this one, because I know it will outlast me.

Wow, two FUDS found each other on the internet, what a time in history. Remember kids, the 2A is not a hunting right, it's just a useful side-effect.
