In case of that someone might ask why they leave the tap on, this is a way to cool down the desk and the stove. The stove they use is very strong, maybe 4-5 times stronger than the stove western people using. And the table is made of just thin steel sheets (welded together), which will deform when a large amount of heat is applied to it. And what's more, the kitchen is pretty hot because of the strong stove (if there's no built-in HVAC system), the running water will cool it down a little bit, especially for the chef who's cooking in the video.

I ate many sea snails same as the film shows when my family had a sea food restarunt. Except the the last part took out on 4:30, the main part of this sea snail is very tough to chew. And without cutting the blown skin off (07:50), it is even harder to chew. I don't even want to eat that part again. But the part show on 4:30 is soft and delicious, I recommand people should try it.

They were sugar, sodium glutamate, seasoning powder, oyster sauce, fish sauce, chilli sauce, cashew kernel oil, and satay sauce. For the vagetable incredients we have citronella, shallot and garlic. When the dish is almost done, we add gulantro and sliced red chilli as final step for decoration and getting more flavor to the dish ^^ We usualy have this one with bread because the sauce is super delicious!!!
