Да обычная бланшеровка, чтоб убрать привкус , мелкий мусор и запах продукта а также придать более рабочий вид а не желе!

As an American it's easy to psych yourself out watching some of these cultural dishes being prepared but in the end it's no different than some of the things we eat everyday. It's not the food it's seeing the prep and cleaning process needed to get to the part you can eat. Once it's on a plate I can eat anything, but the slaughter and cleaning isn't always my job before I eat good food from other cultures. I love these food videos.

My problem is all the spices they have to put in. To me, that amount of 'heat' just ruins a good dish. Not everything has to be as painful coming out as it is going in, if you catch my drift.

@@Cheshyre. I used to work with a guy who always bragged that he made the best chili. He said one spoonful would bring you to tears from the spices and you'd drink an entire glass of water with every bite. We all laughed at him and told him if it's that hot it's not worth eating. Last time I saw him he had major stomach ulcers.

Вообще не редкие, к тому же наносят огромный ущерб кораллам и устричным культурам, ибо проламывают раковины устриц и высасывают их живьем, это по сути гигантский рапан, который опустошает экосистему черного моря. Потому такие улитки не только вкусно, но еще и полезно для экосистемы, ибо они плодятся быстро, а врагов в естественной среде у них практически нет.

A pan/stir frier allows for cooking at different temps at the same time in the same pot/pan..

It seems shameful to eat that poor beautiful creature. I can’t begin to imagine how old it is. With all the delicious things available in this world to eat what possesses people to eat exotic and maybe endangered animals? Is it an idealized thought of entitlement? Unless I had a village of starving children to feed I could never do it. Just my opinion
