여기 제천 약초밥상이랑 같이 해서 믿음이 가는 곳이에요 딸님분이 주신 달팽이 강정도 처음 먹어보고 여기 진짜 좋아요

달팽이 강정이라니 참으로 생소한데, 소라를 좋아해서 그런가 비슷하게 쫄깃하고 맛있을 것 같아요. 무엇보다 식당 위생 상태가 정말 청결해서 놀랐어요👏

지나가다 본적있었는데 너무나도 생소해서 그냥 지나갔었어요ㅎㅎㅜ 이렇게 제조과정을 보니까 익숙한음식같고 한번 먹어보고싶네요ㅎㅎㅎ 먹으러가볼게요🤩🤩

그냥 조개맛인데 특유의 향이 없어서 그냥 씹는느낌입니다. 조개류보다 오히려 더 호불호가 없고 모두가 먹을 수 있을 것 깉은 음식이였어요. 게다가 우리는 이미 달팽이의 일종인 전복을 먹고있어서 크게 거부감 가질 요소가 없다고 느낍니다. 생산 과정도 우리가 평소에 먹는 다른 음식들보다 훨씬 깨끗해보여서 좋네요

Back home in Algeria we use snails to make a spicy soups, very delicious and healthy especially winter time! It helps against the flue!

저는 인도 사람입니다. 인도에는 달팽이로 만든 요리도 많이 있습니다. 한국 달팽이 음식은 처음 봅니다. 양파 파코다처럼 생겼습니다. 아주 맛있는 요리라고 생각합니다. 저같은 미식가들은 이제 배고파요😂😂 I'm Indian. We have also many dishes that are made out of snails. It's my first time seeing a korean type of snails food. It looks just like onion pakoda . I think it is a very tasty dish. Foodie like me is feeling very hungry right now 😂😂.

the medicine juice pouch is called hanyak. i used to drink them when i was a little kid, my mom and grandma would make me and they love this stuff but i always hated it because it smells and tastes so strong like a medicine bitter smell and taste. i can't stomach it but it's good for you. it contains ginseng which is good for inflammation, boosting immune system and some other stuff i cant remember. ginseng is like gold to koreans for some reason. hanyak also contains deer antlers and apparently its supposed to be good for blood flow and circulation so new mothers tend to drink this stuff for an easier time before and during birth. helps with morning sickness and easy birth. it's also supposed to be good for your digestion which is why kids are usually forced to drink it because kids like to eat stuff like processed food or too much meat which doesnt process as easily. it can help arthritis and headaches. i dont know all the ingredients off the top of my head but i remember seeing dried dates, some sort of berry, flowers, green dragon leaves, and a specific type of hard mushroom that grows on tree barks. there's so many benefits to it and i grew up pretty westernized so im sort of skeptical on how many good claims it has but it's been around for thousands of years so who knows. some of those things gotta be good probably. it's crack for my grandma. she loves getting them as gifts imported from her home country. sorry long read but hope this helps

I'm from Bulgaria, and I love snails. My grandmother used to cook them in oven with rice. That's how I lake them the most! The preparation and cleaning process may take a few days because I picked them from my garden, but the final result is delicious!

튀김기계만봐도 하루에 한번 얼마나 청소 깔끔히 하는지 알수있는거 같아요 뜨겁게 삻은 달팽이 건질때 사용하시는 빨간 다라이만 아니면 진짜 사람들이 더 좋아할거같아요 기회되면 먹으러갈께요

프랑스에서나 먹던 달팽이가 우리나라 음식으로 바뀌다니... 세상 참 글로벌 해졌네요 ㅋㅋ👍

우리나라에서도 식용 달팽이를 양식하는지 처음 알았네요.. 엄청 생소하지만 소라랑 비슷할 거 같아서 근처 가면 한번 먹어보고 싶어요

Well I have never eaten snail . But after viewing your show on snails I will be eating them in the near future. They look great. Hopefully they will be as nice as the ladies have cooked there. Love the sesame seeds with garlic and snails, perfect. Good work.

This type of snail can actually carry a lot of PARASITEs, along with other snails, except if its cultivated in a very close and secure area, though parasites can still enter and spread if it infects one.
