Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
How to make Vietnamese Shrimp Rolls. You need rice paper, boiled shrimp, lettuce, cucumber, mint and vermicelli rice noodles. The peanut dipping sauce is about 1/4 milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp hoisin sauce. If you want a more runny dipping sauce add more milk. #shrimprolls #vietnamesefood #springrolls #healthyrecipes

Thank you for sharing your story gorgeous 🥰👍🏼 I can relate to the story regarding Vietnam, my family stole a boat and escaped. We ended up in Malaysia first before was permitted into South Australia 🇦🇺 Oh and gỏi cuốn (fresh springs rolls) is one of my favorite Viet dishes. 😊😋 I like how you rolled yours up, so nice and neat hehe 👍🏼💜

I'm soooo glad you made it out. Repent and God bless you. Some people will never understand, but for the few that do understand, some Asians are glad that Americans went there because it was Americans who helped get Asians out.
Decent cook

Can you please do a video of your skincare products? ❤️
Wow, your story sounds exactly like mine, i was also 1 year when we have to leave Saigon. And my Dad and his side of the family were also military for the south. So much in common, we could have on the transport perhaps?
I've always found it strange that I was born here in the States/Oakland and use to be able to speak Khmer fine but now that I'm old,I can't speak it as well anymore but still do understand it perfectly fine. Have you learned to speak/understand Vietnamese since? BTW when my mom use to make spring roll besides shrimp she would put slices of boiled pork too and OMG I can destroy those lol

@@MyHealthyDish We're in the same boat lol! I recently ask my mom to teach me how to read Khmer script and that ain't happening LOL. If you're wondering Khmer script/writing is very similar Thai.
I want to eat that
I was called oreo, black on the outside, but white on the inside. 😆
But how do you make the dipping sauce?

It was a good looking healthy dish. What's your full name chef? Love from India ❤️
Have you made these with cubes of steak or chicken instead of shrimp, or would it be too heavy? My son loves spring rolls & it's an easy way to sneak in veggies, but neither of us like shrimp all that much. Maybe slices of tuna steaks or salmon would be even better?

Hello my name is Braulio Darias i'm deaf all right the watch that video i like eat very taste me too have a great!! thanks!
The version I heard was 'banana' lol (not directed at me)
What ? What is the matter with those people. Also you are a great mom, don’t let the kids call you that. Please !! They should be calling you pretty names not things that being back memories like that. 😢. You are such an amazing person I don’t understand how can people be so stupidly rude. But they will all get their turn and will receive what they put out. Also that teacher I am sure she will get what she deserved. !! One question ? Does the milk need to be there in the sauce ?

I've made the sauce without milk and just add some warm water to get it the right consistency since my peanut butter was cold.
Forget the haters! Also, first!

What so special about being first? 😆
Hello dear
I was called an "oreo" black on the outside and white on the inside. I hated it. All because I talked different.
I was called coconut lol brown on the outside and white on the inside. Never really bothered me 🤷♀️
That's racist for someone to say "twinkie." As an Asian American, I'm offended. How rude!!!! We Asians aren't even yellow we are either tan or brown but not yellow!! I never understood why Latinos exclusively take claim to be in the color brown and also some Asian Indians, but the rest of Asia can't claim themselves to be brown?🤦🏽♀️ It's time that we all just agree that skin color is not a race!!!

@@MyHealthyDish Yes, I totally understand. It never bothered me, at all. In fact, it only started to bother me in 2020 when everyone started making a big deal about it. What's funny to me, though is that I've been called all kinds of Asian slurs and to be honest; (it's very sad and not right at all) but calling someone a slur is very ignorant *and* what's even more ignorant, is when people don't even get the slur correct. Lol! For Asians, there's specifical slurs for each ethnicity of Asian race and they're all different from one another. - iykyk

@@Stevenmartinez082 - trust me, I have coped. Lol. I hope you could cope with knowing that someone said they were offended because of something racist and *you* told them to just "cope."

Ima 4gen Asian, I ain’t white in the inside. I ain’t white washed or bleached 😂
Can you imagine her walking up to you with just her apron on? …. My word
At first I assumed you really liked Twinkie's and must have packed them in a school lunch back then. But then as you explained it hit me that it's a racist comment. That's heartbreaking...
