    What is the stock for the sauce?

    You can either use water, store-bought stock of any kind, or the water that was used to cook the pork and shrimp.

    Is that cool or warm water that you roll the paper into? Does it matter if I just quickly submerge the entire circle into a pan of water?

    Cool water. No, it does not matter. It achieves the same result.

    Why not cutting the shrimps again, so in 4 shorter 'chunks', it will be easier to roll... Btw: love your vid's Vicky.

    It won't look as pretty but yes, that would be more practical and easier to roll.

    You get more rolls per shrimp as well
