Chicory is a plant closely related to the herbaceous plant. It's root is ground and added to coffee. This practice was started in France in the 19th century because of a coffee shortage. Many people, including me, enjoy the bitter bite of chicory mixed with coffee.

When my cousin lived in Baton Rouge after living in CA and WA, she said there were only a few Viet restaurants she would frequent. The viet restaurants in Metairie was more 'authentic'. Pho Orchid is the rec.

@@phucmapvlog I just watch that video with the Kentucky trip. Next time you don't need to stay in a hotel. You can stay in my house we got plenty of space. I stay like 15 minutes from the Pho House restaurant. I can show you better pho place and all the best vietnamese food area. Next time in Atlanta come around fall where you see all the different color leaves and I can show you all the waterfall with the changing leaves it better than spring since spring has a lot of pollen. Check it out google Georgia fall leaves and spring. Btw my wife watch you a lot and she a doctor. She keep telling me that Phuc is not map he just a little Beo. lol

You should’ve eaten at PHO KANG on Saint Charles. Best Pho and Vietnamese food hands down in New Orleans.

When you are here in the U.S. are you here because you choose the be here or because every year or so you have to work on renewing Visas and organizing stateside family and financial stuff? Just curious because I never researched Vietnamese Visas except for when I had a work one in 2006, but I do know they are not as lenient as Thailand Visa renewals and 1 and 2 year lengths. OR did you get a dual citizenship already?
