Love it! What a fun day from beginning to end. The end result of the cooking class looked delicious! My favorite part, though, was learning about how they made the rice flour/batter in the past and how you were making fresh rice paper from scratch. Super cool!

u wrapped the entire Vietnamese crepe in a rice paper . U were suppose to wrap just a 1/4 of it 😂. Also u can eat the sesame cracker with the salad. U can buy the pho spices at any Asian market.. they come in a package like a tea bag. Place it in the pot with the beef bone and meat
