actually Vn hotels don't keep your passport if u pay in advance or deposit. Because the staffs are afraid of their guests escaping without paying.

Was in Da Nang for 9 months, starting Oct. 2019. Went through the lock down there in 2020, left in June. We will be back this Nov. Thanks for the memories, Gabi.

Sorry to ask through a comment, but how does one go about staying longer than what the tourist visa allows (I read that it's maximum of 3 months). I'm looking to relocate soon and the visa is what's bugging me the most. Thank you, hope you're doing well.

@@auviance222 Apply for a 90 day visa. After that you must leave the country via a border run, apply for another 90 day visa, re-enter Vietnam. Repeat. I am here now and have been since October.

I love Danang so much I wouldn’t mind renting an apartment there for a month or so. The people and the scenery are so special

Thanks for showing more of the coastal road as a lot of people keep skipping it when they show the Lady Buddha. I think it's a beautiful ride up there! And wow, the night time atmosphere was so electric and fun!

I love Da Nang, the beach promenade at night is really nice with all the cafes and bars. Great place for an evening stroll.

If you got pulled over by the police in Da Nang because you don't know the traffic rules there. The police might let you go because you are a tourist, they wouldn't make anything harder for the tourist. Da Nang residents are extremely welcoming and friendly!

Danang is good, I been there few times. It has everything within few minutes on motorbike. Good weather too most of the year. I go there always when in Vn.

I was in Da Nang a few years ago. Rode to Hue from there. Incredible.

I just love Love Da Nang, I could easily imagine living t here. I think it is way more organised and clean than any other big city in Vietnam. Was there in 2018, it seems it is eben better now! :)

Southern Vietnam is pretty hot unlike in the North.

There is also an annual International Firework Competition hold in March in Đà Nẵng. Mostly the last week of March. You can visit Đà Nẵng that time to enjoy the Art of Firework from VN, Australia, Japan, USA, and other countries for free.

I once boarded a bus from Laos to Danang. But the bus was for Hanoi. Corruption in the agency that sold me the ticket really ruined my trip. So I have yet to visit Danang. Love that temple and the views.

Oh sorry to hear that, but you can visit ancient town in Hoi An, its beautiful and charming at night. Then you can take a bus to Da Nang city, its about 20-25km away. Hope you enjoy it.

yeah Da Nang is best 1 in VN, no con no cheaters, i even left my rental motorbike unlocked outside while taking a bath. Dunno how is it now. Was there in Feb. 2014 new year. Haven't come back since...

Hey Thanks for the video really enjoyed.. I haven't been back to Danang for 2 years hope to go back at October this year Danang is one of my favourite cities because it has a nice atmosphere it's not as busy as the other cities I usually stay for 1 months holiday in the city and visit the city of hue.

Oh man, riding in Vietnam is wild. But once you understand the rhythm and the dinamic, is much safer than Thailand. Because people drive slow and they are actually careful. But at the beginning can be shocking 😅

I love Da Nang. Bana hills is more like an artificial plastic city but the cable car ride and the view (if not cloudy) is great. But the real deal is still to come: Hoi An 😉

I’m in Danang now and I’m staying at the Fivitel. It’s a beautiful hotel and I love the skyline pool but Danang is definitely no Phuket. I find it very conservative and it doesn’t have a Bangla Road or access to islands like Maya Bay and Phi Phi islands.
