Usually they have to be sober to be admitted to rehab. They can't legally consent if they arent sober. It seems odd, but yeah, you have to be sober (aka no ETOH in the system at the moment) to be admitted.

Did you watch the whole trial? I did and I will say I couldn't have called her a murderer. And had there been different charges maybe she would have been convicted. But the prosecutor limited the jury to direct charges. And I couldn't say she murdered her child.

@@rachelschueler7390if you cant call her a murderer then you obviously didnt follow the trial because the jury flat out admitted there is evidence that she murdered the child and they acknowledged that they know she murdered kaylee, they just didnt have the correct evidence to convict on the charges the DA insisted on and refused to change. Another interesting tid bit is in recent years they are being investigated for paying off the DA

@@itsslothh3908 I watch the whole trial. I was at home on bed rest, pregnant with my son. I could not say she murdered her child. Do I think she knows how her child died, yes. Do I think she tried to cover up shit, yes. Do I know if she killed her daughter, no. She was broke, who paid off the prosecution? And the lineman story sounded funny to me and I think he moved the body and corrupted the evidence.

Just another parent who shouldn’t have the blessing of a child

I hope the Mother’s in prison find out what she did. As a Mom, the idea of another Mom harming her own four year old makes me want to vomit 😢.

"Evil" isn't a DSMV category, and there is zero training in the field of "evil" other than Catholic Priests. So, no.
