On Friday, September 4, many of North Carolina basketball's most recognizable alumni returned to the Dean E. Smith Center to celebrate the 100th season of UNC basketball. Check out this courtside view of the festivities.

Best fraternity in the country. Not one school can match our all time team and that includes everyone before Charlie Scott (Rosenbluth, Larry Brown, Pete Brennan, etc.). Not even all-mighty Kentucky. I wasnt even aware of Duke's alumni game. Besides Grant Hill, who else was there worth mentioning? Exactly. Go Heels!
Greatest Basketball program of all time. The alumni alone proves it. It's more than a program it's a family. Thank you Tar heels for many memories and more to come
As a lifelong Tar Heel fan, let me drop a few words. Dynasty. Excellence, Unbelievable!! What other college has an alumni lineup like this?? Simply the best. They should change the name to the Star Heels. lol.

@cpanthers88 Roy Wms would not put Julius Peppers in b/c it was so close to the football (NFL) season. The crowd started calling for him. Rasheed was actually supposed to play but backed out at the last second->rumor has it. He was on the original roster.
Yeah man, did you see the Duke Pro Alumni Game? Well they didn't have one. Not enough professional players to fill up two teams.
