Fox fights back is great fun, thought that scooter game looked fun, reminds me of an arcade game. I have warrior's but I've never played it, will check mine and get back to you. I'm batman 😎. Loved nino kuni, nice collectors edition. I fancy cuphead, looks awesome. Great pick ups mate.

Radikal Racer was an arcade game and then ported over to PS1. Please do check and let me know Dave - cheers! I'm happy with Ni No Kuni. I dont have much interest in many 'Collectors' editions, just the odd one here and there, from games I truly adore. Take it easy Dave. Looking forward to your Speccy collection vid.

Great pick ups Clay. Nice variety in what you got. I'm not an xbox guy but Gun Valkyrie would be high on my want list if I was. It kind of reminds me of Burning Rangers from a gameplay standpoint. Batman Arkham Black Gate is really good. I was expecting it to be a throwaway title but I found myself really getting into it. I think they did really well trying to translate the gameplay of the main Arkham games into a 2.5D style. I have a soft modded ps2 slim and it can be very temperamental. I got mine modded to be region free and at first it could run ps2 and ps1 games no issue. Then I bought a Japanese exclusive ps1 title and the game kept freezing during the opening. Got it cleaned but nothing changed. Told the seller and he sent me a replacement disc but no change. Then after that all my Japanese ps1 games stopped working on it. Japanese and American ps2 games run fine and it runs pal ps1 discs without issue. Very annoying.

Hey Rob. For some reason I thought Gun Valkyrie was a standard mech game, but love the control and gameplay of the more nimble protagonist. I’ve always liked the look of Batman on the 3DS. They’ve really captured the feel of the console titles but in the 2.5D perspective. I’ve done a fair bit of tinkering with my soft-mod software; updating it to latest version, adding emulators and roms. Still need to to look at The Warriors issue mind. I think I need to set it all to PAL. Will hopefully get a chance to look in to it over the next couple of days. Just not enough hours in the day, is it mate. Hope you’re keeping well Rob. 👊

The problem you're having with The Warriors is that you got rid of the suoer PS2 version and got the sub par Xbox port 😉🤣 Ooh, that Wizard's edition of Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch is glorious😍 Yes' Cuphead is balls hard 😭 My kids loved Bendy, I never got around to it. My better half loves the Lego games too, and yest the Hobbit movie trilogy was a bit disappointing. Great pickups mate 😎👍

FFB is a good little title with tight controls but relentless enemies to dodge! Haha, fair one Stew. I'll look in to the XBox port but I can always pick it up again on PS2. My wife finds the LEGO games quite comforting in picking up all the pieces and that little sound it makes. Plus she loves Tolkien. Cheers Stew, hope all is good!

You got some nice stuff there Clay, thanks for the tip on Aer, hadn't heard of that but looks good, just ordered it off CEX for £12 That Amp system you got for £15 sounds a massive bargain Shame about those faulty discs, it's strange when they look good condition, I had a couple on Wii U like that, not a mark on them but wouldn't play👍✌️

Cheers James. Aer always appealed to me, was just wanting to nab it for the right price. If CEX have it for £12, then that's great mate. Oh yeah, very pleased with my sound setup now. Really enhances the gaming experience for many of my consoles now. Yes, very weird about the disks... I shall persevere though! Hope all is good your end mate!

Batman Blackgate is really good.....I played it on 360 (digital release 😭). Loads of dead good pick ups there mate👍

As always a good mix Clayton. I know sometimes that different revision Xbox’ can effect games. I know that Panzer Dragoon Orta is a game that won’t run on a late revision Xbox, maybe that could be the issue. Nice to see some PS4. I feel people are sleeping a bit on the PS4, so many great games and they ain’t gonna be around forever. I know it’s an over used term but it’s full of hidden gems. I’ve still got a sealed copy of that Ni No Kuni CE at my parents house. I keep meaning to move it on and get the regular edition. Take it easy mate.

Cheers Dylan. It could be that mate. Panzer Dragoon works fine though. I’ve been playing it recently. I think it could be something to do with the NTSC/ PAL settings. I bloomin love the PS4. I’ve had so many fantastic gaming experiences on it. Great console! A collection video is in the pipeline. 👍

Never heard of aer before clay buddy will defo have more of a look into that 😄 thats gutting about the disks, I've heard the warriors game is fantastic aswel. I been so tempted by the new lego skywalker game, gutted I got rid of lego the hobbit, the lego games are loads of fun 😄

Go on Steve, I always enjoy helping to spend other people's money. Na, that's what its about though init, sharing the knowledge of and discovering the games. Yeah, always like the look of Warriors but as a GameCube owner, I was always waiting for house mates to buy it for their PS2 and XBox so I could have a go. They are good fun and quite an easy going gaming experience. That's one of the main reasons my wife likes them so. Have a good one Steve you beaut!

that Ni No Kuni set is stunning! especially Drippy! Aer looks really nice. right now i think i could do with a game like that, Ive only had an issue with 1 PS4 game, which was one of the NBA games, it did 3 hours of moving from the disk, and had a patch download.... but it just wouldnt work past there. i deleted it, and tried all again, and it still would not work :( Bendy does look interesting. I cant get into GoW Ragnorok. i want to like it... but i cant. i feel like Kratos feels out of place, And look forward to playing the Atreus stages the most. which at that point isnt really a GoW game. so im conflicted. lol Great stuff!

Yes, very pleased to finally own the Ni No Kuni Wizard's Edition. Love Drippy - a great character. I've always been a fan of games like Aer, and it's graphical art style. I found it difficult to get in to GoW: Ragnarok. Like the previous one, I find there's a learning curve to all of the upgrades and combat moves, etc. It didn't help that I was playing it sporadically. Since playing it with earnest, I'm now loving it though - a fantastic game. Definitely prefer this one to the first. I'm enjoying playing with Atreus, much more nimble. I've been taking my time with it and have so far pumped in 38 hours. Think I'm about 2/3 through it. Probably going to switch it up and play Huntdown next. Hope you're good and the house hunting is going well.

That Dana bloke is well dodgy! See if the local retro guy can hook up an eggbox and try warriors for you at least you'll know if its your system, if it works trying turning off any enhancements you might have enabled on it (screen res etc)

Haha, you need to keep a close eye on that one. Nah, he’s been good as gold. My online research pushed me towards altering some settings in the Xbox software. People mentioned about forcing it in PAL rather than NTSC. I’ll hopefully have a chance to play about tonight. Cheers Stu, have a good weekend mate. 👊

I can't help with Warriors, the system I use is modded etc too. oooh King of fighters, I need that, the Mrs reminded me I was gonna order that from cex earlier this week however, its gone now, typical. Otogi titles are really good 'only on' games. I might be interested in any ps1 games you look to part with as trades etc. I remember that ninoKuni upon release and it was one of the first collectors editions that was heavily scalped and the price went crazy...you got a fair deal buddy. Nice one 👍

Told ya... haha. Really looking forward to playing DarkWatch. Regarding Warriors, I'm going to do some more tinkering this evening. I've read it could be something to do with the NTSC/PAL settings. Needs to be set to PAL (crap) setting. I'll be keeping my peepers open for the first Otogi now. I'll give you the heads-up on any PS1 games then Rodgy. Were you interested in Radikal Bikers? You got me wanting to play Darkwatch again now, the atmosphere, everything about it was awesome...not many games get u feeling right in the world so well. Gonna play Darkwatch and painkiller tomorrow on my day off...gonna party like it's 2006.lol As u have a modded console, if u still haven't got painkiller, I can send it to ya (ntsc version) just let me know buddy!

The lure of Sonic was too strong…I went back to 1993 and replayed Sonic3 emulated on my Xbox…had a great time!! I will be playing more og soon as I’m feeling the new gen stuff is a bit meh, also the mrs commandeers the frontroom tv so I have no chance. I will have to get the Bikers game at some point as I’m stooopid and trying to chip away at the full set but, will leave it for now ta as haven’t the gaming funds…just paid out £85 for the lad to have the new wwe game…madness.lol

@@rodgyretrogamer3334 I'm currently trying to add roms to my XBox. Managing to add them o the correct folder but the emulator isn't reading/ recognising the newly added rom files. Any ideas? Bloomin kids, expensive things aren't they... but worth it! : )

Haven't played any of those mate! Nice lot of pick ups though. I have thought about getting Cuphead but don't know if I'm up for the battle to complete it yet 😂! With regards to Radical Bikers, I tend to stay away from the larger KZreadr's recommending 'hidden gems'. Its a loose term these days and used too often. It's easy click bait type content. Most hidden gems are known now and have been for years, people have been recommending games from past generation on KZread for about 10 years now. So there'll be next to none that are classed as true hidden gems. I might be cynical. It gets them views, makes them sound like they're avid collectors and gamers.. and hey, it may even bump the price up on ebay for a while when people go out to buy it on their recommendation 😉 Hope you're well mate. 😊

Cuphead has had an 'easy' difficulty added to it, but you won't get the necessary items needed to truly complete the game, (or at least that's how I understand it). Oh yeah, I know what the bigger KZreadrs get up to, haha. I have discovered many great games via Reggie though and my knowledge of the PS1 games library is lacking as I was an owner of the mighty N64 instead. I'm doing well mate. How's things your end?

@@FlashbackTNT I remembered the demo was available this morning, so had my wife download it ready for me this eve. Looking forward to it. Will hold off on buying the game and get it secondhand. Played the original so much. Like you, its one of my top games!

I think I had a Rayman game that wouldn't work on an Xbox original but the disc looked fine.. maybe it was a similar thing.

I think my issue could be to do with the softmod settings and forcing the system to PAL version. Will hopefully get a chance to look at it this over the next couple of days. Cheers buddy, have a great weekend.

Great video as usual mate! I've got the same set up with my xbox (soft modded and component cables). My copy of warriors won't work if I use the ntsc mod (Enigmah) to get a better resolution/frame rate. But if I switch it to PAL (i.e. rubbish mode) it loads. Wonder if that's the same issue you're having? I had the same problem with panzer dragoon orta.

Many thanks mate. My software mod is Rocky5 (if memory serves). I did read that the NTSC setting might be the issue. I need to tinker this weekend and take a look. Strange though. Haha, I like that 'rubbish mode', PAL is isn't it. Interesting what you say about Panzer Dragoon, my copy plays fine. 🤔 Cheers for you suggestion, I'll definitely be looking in to it. I did read about a way to fix it, but it involved messing around with files...a bit above my pay grade and I'd probably brick my system! Have a good one.
