Well there is that recent Tip of Spear Onixya kill from Prestige where you just swarm her in Over Time and skip her 3rd phase completely.

1. Tip of the spear - seems the murlocs are the same level as your murkeye. With heroes resolve, the murlocs spawned also increase in levels? 2. Electric eel - murkeye attack his 2 targets, therefore it can stun 2 targets

1.Murlocs level doesn't depend on the hero. It depends on average level of your deck:) 2. It doesn't stun 2 targets. It stuns everything around the primary target. Could 10 units

You're correct. When using Tip of the Spear the spawns have the same level as Murk Eye so they will level up in Hero's Resolve.
Arcane blast level up talent increase power of 4th cast before, not after the cast. It’s a bug, but it gives some power for now. But I would go for arcane power talent anyway
