I do believe footage is from driveway security cam at 1001 Stafford Ct, pointing in the direction across street and in general direction of the back of Sebastians home. Look it up on Google and view street mode in front of 1001, and it shows a drainage creek area and "common ground" area that curves around back toward neighbors house and then Sebastians as well. Large light source in background is from 1006 Stafford Ct most likely. As for the moving light sources path, they follow the little drainage creek pretty spot on.

Not in this case... stepfather quite poss...But Sebastian's REAL Dad, a deputy sheriff, has been fighting for custody and Sebastian will be finally moving in with Dad, Seth at the end of the school year in about 3 months. Both have been wanting this! Stepfather has DV and custody cases open in other states, this is his 5th marriage at his young age! Stepfather Christopher has a history of violence against children... IS OWN!!! His ex filed for full custody and an emergency order of protection as soon as Sebastian went missing! Oddlyy, Sebastian is listed on the witness list to be called in that case 🤔 Mom and stepfather have not searched, only sat ho.e waiting for his return according to them. Real Dad took a leave of absence to search for his boy daily!!!!

Doubtful for me too - where would he potentially meet a stranger, then be able to spend enough time with/talking, to even arrange anything like a meet? According to the families interviews, Sebastian didn't really go outside, had no internet, and only known contacts on his phone. It has to be someone close to the family/a known contact of Sebastian's.

It's a figure of speech....

This makes a lot of sense to why investigators say foul play now. Mom talked about a flashlight and the door being locked. I’m sure she remembers her exact movements. They’re just trying to obtain enough evidence to find out the truth and file charges. That’s why it’s been quiet and no update. If they just gave us this video, I’m sure they have way more evidence. It’s only a matter of time before those two are in jail.

Because she delivered him deceased to someone outside then retreated back to the house.

An online article says that one of the LE scent dogs tracked the child's scent to a nearby construction area , and then apparently, the dog lost the scent. The video appears to show a set of vehicle lights in the left side. It would be interesting to know if those apparent headlights were also near the same construction area where the child's scent disappeared.

Stick on it. You’re closing in on them. And they are scared!

Something really stinks about this case. It might be that I'm a cynic, but it doesn't add up.

It's fishy either the boy was planning on leaving cause the mother said sebastin was playing with a flashlight before he went to bed..... or she said that because of the videos she knew would surface later on.....

Here in Australia we just had a young lad who had Down Syndrome, was non-verbal and autistic go missing. You hear that combination and think there is no way they are going to find him alive, but they did. That was only only a couple of days though. I hope this story has a happy ending too, but sadly that seems to be unlikely after such a long time and it certainly seems to be a far more sinister scenario.

That is frightening

But it just showed at the end that one light moved back into the common area after leaving off the other side….so if someone else took him or lured him away then both lights would have stayed off screen….but since one went back in screen they went back toward the house…almost like someone took him and gave him to someone else off screen and then turned back and went back.

I saw part of this video last night but the video that I saw they were not showing the one light coming back by itself. That's really bad.

And to everyone wondering why she just didn't release custody of him back to the dad? Simple. She and stepdad didn't want to have to suddenly start paying upwards of a thousand plus dollars a month for child support/medical aid funds to the bio dad.

Let's think logically here... 1- There's no way Sebastian ran out of the house AT 3 AM! In the middle of the night when he had school in the morning and thought about "ohh let me grab a flashlight and go barefoot outside and run away" there would be more chance of him doing that at like 11pm cause he doesn't want to go to bed but then a kid his age wouldn't want his feet dirty and they would get creeped out hard as fck in the dark especially in his neighborhood where there is ZERO light, that would even creep out an adult!! 2- How does the mom know or noticed he even brought a flashlight? Unless he kept one on his nightstand every night, most adults don't even know where their flashlights are... who would notice that when their kid is missing? 3- Let's say he got abducted inside his house... how? The mom would have heard something, him screaming or talking. There's no online internet "friends" who would abduct him from inside his house at 3 am on a school day, never. 4- He is not seen anywhere, not found anywhere, unless there is a river near and he drowned... he is buried somewhere or inside someone's house. 5- Seb was going to move with his real dad at the end of the school year ~3 months from now so why would the step dad want to get rid of him when that's probably what he been dreaming of... however the mom probably feels upset about it. 6- It's really hard not to point fingers at the parents or 1 of them... I feel like it's possible that 1 is unaware the other did something to them

I still think the Step dad and his mother are involved but definitely one of them. They say he left his phone behind. Tell me what teenager would leave their phone behind? Kids usually leave clues when they meet up with someone where it’s their phone or on the computer. This story is not jiving.

He apparently per the step dad barely used the phone because "its not an entertainment device" and he was only allowed the calculator app and texting and calling contacts that they had pre-programmed. (Family im assuming) Imagine only letting your 15 year old use the calculator app? I know phones are bad but he should be allowed to use more than the calculator app with supervision...step dad sounds like a fat little controlling POS.

One time my husband and I were taking a walk looking for a cat and we noticed a helicopter very low with a light but we weren’t home so we didn’t know a 15 year old autistic boy who was non verbal was missing. We ended up finding him shivering butt naked in a pool at a neighbors so my husband had me get towels and stuff for him, it was very cold out I have no idea how he jumped in there. But it shows u he coulda froze in there had we not been out walking and it was crazy cause it was all over the tv and fb once we got home after getting him out of this pool and grabbing the cops and all. But you can’t jump straight to parents, rule them out first absolutely but keep looking incase it’s like my neighbors son who just liked to swim but couldn’t talk much.

$20 it’s his Mom or Dad taking him somewhere😒

@Bigrlboi1 because it's been 2 weeks and he hasn't been on camera anywhere. FBI stats say after 24 hrs the chance of finding a missing child alive is 10 percent. After a week it's less than 5 percent. Its been 2 weeks.

God I hope he is found 😞 this is just an absolute nightmare 💔

🫶🏻 This actually explains quite a few things. When I saw the interview with his mom and step dad it really disturbed me. I’m a psychic and I get info on missing people. I was a bit biased after watching the interview but I did a psychometry session with his photo and I did a video on his case anyway. I was really hoping I’d psychically see him hiding somewhere or that he’s safe but that was not the case. It wasn’t at all what I expected. 😢 So sad. I’m still trying to put my brain together on how this is a garbage truck? I know cameras and lights play tricks on us and we don’t have the full video but If it’s fr not related to the case I hope TBI shows the full video at the press conference to help us know exactly what’s going on here so we can completely let go of these light sources and stop speculation.

Another theory. Step dad comes home that night. Parks down the street due to neighbors cameras. Mom and dad carry him through the dried patch to step dad’s truck, hence the two flashlights. Step dad heads back to work and drops the kids body somewhere along the way. Likely, he’s no where near their hometown.

We cant just assume the person moving quickly isnt two people moving quickly with one light. The picture didnt show us exactly where the cam is in relation to his house so we dont know if moving toward the common area even means moving toward Sebastians home or away from. I caution people who are blaming the parents without sufficient evidence.

Was that before the stepdad went to work or after? One of them could be Sebastian and one The stepdad, Maybe the boy was running away from the stepdad.

I looked at this video a couple times. I thought I saw a person turn on a light and come out from the back of the house that had the security camera and walk up towards someone from the road? Maybe they were going up to meet somebody that dropped something off for them, they could have checked their mail, they could have left to go to work, etc. I don't see anybody come from Sebastion's home.

Is there a way to see if stepfather truck has any type of manufacture tracker /GPS to verify his actions that night? Cameras at his so called work site ? There has to be a way to track the stepfather even if he is not talking..

They can stil track it. Bloodhounds can track a scent from someone taken in a car. They can track it for miles. Being carried wouldn't make any difference.

He probably took off after a fight and mom went after him, did something to him and ran back to start the cover up…hope they check that area and call records for 2-5am

This tells me at 3:10 a.m. there's a vehicle to the far left with lights on. Subject 2 is coming from that vehicle, going toward subject 1. Subject 1 has something that Subject 2 wants. Gets that and hauls as$ with that something back to the vehicle with the lights on. Subject 1 heads back to house. COME ON L.E. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ARREST PEOPLE ALREADY!!!!!!

Who runs off and doesn't put on their shoes? It's cold out. None of this makes any sense unless maybe he was being groomed at school? (his parents said he didn't have access to internet where he could have met a predator). But why not take your shoes? It looks from the clip he went willingly. I just hope he's found safe.

Glad you explained this, the chinese site that has this up says nothing but does give all views of Google Street view. This is interesting. Hope yhey weren't vehicle or garage surfing and the kid went out to see what it was.

Let’s say Sebastian went outside with his flashlight and stepdad went out to find him they got into a scuffle and stepdad accidentally kills him, and that is stepdad going back towards the house to figure out what to do

Look at The Parents and review cellphone data and local towers.

Now how does the mom know he took a flashlight with him? She knows what happened to him.

Some kids keep a flashlight in their bedroom because they're afraid of the dark, if he's one of those who has his flashlight always with him at night, she'd notice if it were gone.

You're totally right about this whole thing and Katie made sure she brought up a flashlight with Sebastian because she knew that people were going to see the flashlights and then Chris debunked it hard hard said people wish they were flashlight

It took them time to get access and review all the hours of footage of these separate videos, I’m sure.

Geo tracking warrant would help find out what happened.

Researching garbage is picked up does not start before 6am or continue after 8pm or dark. However, I also heard that the time-stamp stuck at 3:02. Perhaps it is during there pick-up time.

Mother and stepfather knows better than they say

No garbage pick up 3 am i called all departments. In the area . Im from Australia the pickup is 7 am to 5 pm 🎉😢😢

Please someone focus on the lights to the left. That is suppose to be lights from the back of their house. In one I saw, someone zoomed in their and if real it looks like three people and one seems to be hitting another.

Could some person approach Sebastian outside...both with flashlights.....until....the guy grabbed him and took him. Leaving the one light leaving to the common area ?

The flashlight went back toward the house and you don't see it anymore. Does that mean the person went back to the house and didn't come out again? Wouldn't that mean they live there? It would be good to know the direction the person with the first flashlight went.

The mom and step dad could have done this to distract from what really happened.

Without seeing that without having it zoomed in, I’m going to assume that it was just Sebastian, and that flickering light might be the light bouncing off of things perhaps. There’s no way to tell if that’s a second person.

All the parents and grandparents , gps vehicle devices need checked. A vehicle was hidden somewhere or ATV .Something not right about “the pack” that the stepdad speaks about , or the lie he stated Sebastian had told on him . He admits he hit him with a belt, took his pet snake away, takes candy away, doesn’t allow any interment at the age of 15 , made fun of his dancing moves . He sounds like a real loving stepfather , just the kind you want raising your child . Another Tim and Tracy Ferriter case . The phone call between the Mom and Stepdad 3 hours after Sebastian goes to bed 🚩. Stepdad could have left his phone on where his job site is while connected to Mom , left and taken Sebastian out of the home then back to work . Nighttime hospital workers oh yeah
