    Quick question Dallas. It seems there are a few grits within each of the Kutzall Dish and Disc options. So for the Extreme they have options of Very Coarse, Coarse, and Medium. For the Original they have Very Coarse, Coarse, and Fine. What specifically are you using/do you have? I don't want to get all of them so which do you use the most? Thanks!

    Kutzall makes dishes and discs. For each they have coarse, very coarse and extreme. Hope this helps. I like the coarse and extreme in the dish and disc.
