    I do 10% plus a gram for my 3 inch shells. My timing Is 2.5 seconds. Haven't made anything bigger. Don't really have a good place to do it where I live. I'd end up in the neighbors cornfield lol.

    I launching a mans ashes with 6" shells, my shells weight 48 oz, would 5 oz of black powder be a good lift amount?

    You could use that but hot glue is quick to dry, and no mixing.
