I was surrendering for 7 years and nothing was happening! I kept falling into the same fleshy traps over and over... it was so frustrating because I did everything Louie is suggesting. No matter how much I prayed and fasted life was still difficult and challenging and then something happened! The holy spirit lead me to read the bible, nooooo am not talking about one and two verses, I am talking about the entire book, cover to cover, every single word! So for 40 days I locked myself away and read roughly 36 pages every day!! I was reading the King James Version, I can tell you the beginning was torture, I was so frustrated with the language because i couldn't fully understand what I was reading. When I tried ti switch to the NASB God said nope, stick with the KJ...those early days were tough. i cried so much because I was just so annoyed but everyday I woke up and kept reading. By the time I got to Chronicles I understood for the first time what was happening to me, the Holy Spirit explained that the reason for the KJ version was to bypass my intellect (the flesh) so that God's spirit in this book could access my spirit! Wow! it was true, you cant read God's spirit with your intellect you have to read it with your spirt, then I understood that I wasn't reading the book, the book was reading me, everyday my sins were being confronted and I was given the opportunity to truly repent! If you want to live and not live a defeated life...I urge you all to READ THE ENTIRE BOOK! there's no other way. His word says man shall not live by bread alone but by EVERY WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of God! My life has been completely transformed! I was shocked to learn that only 11% of Christians have actually read the whole book. Isn't that shocking? It's the only game changer! GOD IS IN THE BOOK!

@@classyone9708 Awww, your response is such a blessing. You're sooo welcome!! I've been encouraging so many people to pick up the Bible and just read it all. Just yesterday I heard Bill Johnson say exactly what I said!! He said I feel the call of God saying this is the year of "THE WORD"! Ha, I was blown away...then this morning I saw your notification. :)

@@blue3clic, I feel like I’m grasping the air sometimes, and things can be very hit or miss. I know that reading the Bible and knowing the Word will not make my life perfect, but at least, I might be able to determine if the misses in my life are my fault or an attack of the enemy. Your testimony was inspiring, and I appreciate you for sharing. I haven’t watched the video yet, but I read some of the comments. Your testimony stuck out to me for a reason, and I think that might be that God meant for me to see it and do it. Thank you again!!!

@@classyone9708 Absolutely! That's precisely what it does, it sharpens your discernment. Don't worry about knowing it, by that I mean - I've read it in total now four times and I still can't quote chapter and verse! LOL (if I could tho I'd be insufferable..LOL so God knows what he's doing!). Here's how it has worked for me. I realized that the Word that is now in me opposes whatever, situation or thought comes to oppose me. I don't even know how it works but it is that powerful. Somehow if reveals you to yourself. In that video I mentioned, Bill Johnson said the Word works like a mirror! He's sooo right. In places it will downright offend your sensibilities...You'll want to throw it out of the window! I'm not even kidding. But once you start reading just refuse to stop, just make up your mind, when you put your hand to that plough DON'T LOOK back, cry through it, fight with yourself through it, be offended...but just don't stop, gobble it down! And when your mind says, "this is a waste of time you don't even know what your reading, just tell your flesh to SHUT UP! LOL and keep reading. There's like In those pages, you will encounter God for yourself. For me the sky didn't open and angels did not sing...but when I turned that last page in Revelations I was different human...I couldn't locate where I was different but something happened on the inside. I'll be praying for you, for sure. I will be praying, God's speed :) Oh and just to say sorry for being sooo long winded but I am excited for you :). So before reading I got into the practice of knocking first. In prayer before reading I'd say. Father, it's me your beloved. I've taken off my shoes and I've washed the feet of my soul. My heart is desolate and my cities are ruined, Lord take me over, take over my heart and my ears and my understanding. I invite your spirit into these moments so I can know you today better than I did yesterday. Hide me from the enemy as I place myself completely in your truth. AMEN.

What an amazing sermon! Lord Jesus I surrender everything in my life only to You! Make me a spirit filled, spirit led agent in my lifetime, so that the ultimate win of my life is that people see Jesus! Amen 🙏🏻

Such a powerful message. We are here to glorify God and be a witness of what God has done in our lives. He saved me just as I am and He wants to use me to bring others into His kingdom. That is what is eternal. That’s what we take to heaven.

I had never put together b4 that the spirit came to everyone in their own language so they could hear & understand. The people did not have to learn another language in order to hear the good news that day. I often feel in my mental illness that I won't understand until my mind can get well again! A reassurance in todays message that He can and will meet us wherever we are...thank you Jesus!💕
