24 March 2024. London City Lionesses take the short trip to The Valley to take on Charlton Atheltic. Wow, what a game! Definitely one to remember. LCL go one down after five minutes following some sloppy defense. But, they edge back into it and seem on top for most of the game, although Charlton are always a threat, especially on the counterattack. It takes until the 89th minute for LCL to draw even and five minutes into time added on, Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah cheekily chips the Charlton's keeper to take three extremely valuable points.
