17 March 2024. I rush from the St Patrick's Day Parade in central London to Princes Park in Dartford to see London City Lionesses take on, then top of the table, Sunderland in the Women's Championship.
A cracking day for the Irish with Ruesha Littlejohn scoring the only goal of the game and being player of the match.
I arrive for the game on 22 minutes through the first half - I manage to keep the video going on my phone and see LCL hit the back of the net.
Massive win for LCL!
