the answer is NUTELLA!!!:D No in all honesty, just make sure you eat a lot of carbs (pasta, rice etc) and good fats like avocado, salmon, olive oil etc:-))

not trying to be mean but you can see where your hair ends and where the extensions begin. Maybe its just me cause i wear clip ins too so maybe my eye is more trained to see them than the average person. But love ya anyways!

also id recommend putting the extensions on 1st and then curling them together with your natural hair, helps to blend them really well :)

You re absolutely right!:D I did a horrible job putting them in and to be honest, I don't really like using clip in extensions anyways, my hair is already quite thick and heavy and it just gets too much for my taste..!

is it possible that you are having a stressful phase in your life?:/ That can sometimes cause hair to fall out at a young age. In general though, its normal to lose quite a bit of hair each day! Hope this helps
