1. Don’t style with heat 2. Minimize blow drying 3. Cut hair regularly 4. Don’t bleach or dye your hair 5. Massage your scalp 6. Don’t over wash/wash everyday 7. Don’t brush your hair when wet 8. Use heat protection spray 9. Get enough vitamins (a, b, biotin and vitamin c as well) 10. Use conditioner (focus on ends)

Trimming does not give you a 'growth impulse'. Keeping the ends trimmed gets rid of dry and split ends, thus leaving you with healthier hair. btw, your hair is gorgeous!

Actually cutting your hair makes your hair “grow faster” because if you don’t cut them regularly they break and doesn’t grow any longer:)

Other tips... Wear silk hair wrap or sleep on silk pillowcases. I spent £50 on a hair wrap by Silke - best thing I've spent money on this year. Also I go to a long hair specialist in London. He gives me dry trims only. He removes only split ends so I dont notice a difference in the length after a trim

Well for healthy hair and hair grow I would suggest it try using argan rain. I use it all the time and it does aid in growing your hair faster. I'd say massage it into your scalp so it can get to your roots well this increases the blood flow helping it grow faster. When shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.You should drink plenty of water to help condition your hair.

my conditioner has been finished and I can't find that in the local stores and can't even buy online because of lockdown, I absolutely appreciate your last tip about conditioner though I don't have a problem of frizzy or damaged hair or things like that and I also do not style my hair, but I still believe I should use conditioner to make sure I don't get further hair problems later by time but as I have told I can't get my conditioner so can you please help me in it?

It is June Bug but the colours look super different depending on your skin tone. Here I also used a kinda violet / berry coloured lip pencil with it :-)

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it.
