Ghostly is such a good word for the photography style. I love the aesthetic but it’s so serene it can feel almost boring or overly quiet…no one is ever doing anything active in any of the photos, or often there’s no one in the picture at all. I do love that there were two photogs for the editorial, one for fashion and another for the floral shots.

If only my kid self had known about this magazine back in the early 90s she would've been SO obsessed. The excessive shots of flowers! The fussy lace! The vaguely sapphic energy! As it is I'm still kind of obsessed now; after your last flip-through I actually went and bought a handful of issues off ebay myself 😂 Love your vids as always!

@@ColeChickering I’d say it’s mostly vanilla, but has some lily of the valley and citrus or coconut(?) in there too. Interestingly enough I had that and much more expensive Cool Water Woman growing up and CWW went off a lot a lot faster than VF. Probably a lot of synthetic ingredients or something.

@@ColeChickering yes i think my collection is at about 50 now my goal is get every issue. crazy person i know lol I was the one who mailed you those two copies of victoria :) i had doubles and i really wanted to see what you thought, So glad you enjoy them as much as i have! The first victoria vid you did i have that one too lol I just took another whiff lol smells horrible , but i can tell some of the smell is coming from age but the rest smells like grandma perfume. Definitely not a fan of the smell. edit ; just counted my collection is at 46 ❤️ 👒
