I can obviously see that you can connect the resistance bands on the sides, but if I have one of those Pilates bars with the bands, could I use and do some of those exercises while on the plate?? Like the squats, etc.? Or would it be obsolete, not effective, or like too much on the body?

Hi! Can you please explain why, after a 10 minute challenging (yet easy) routine, that when I step off of it and start walking, I feel light as a feather. This is the reason I love these type of machines, and out of curiosity I feel so good and light and I would love to know why. I just recieved my 4D machine and WOW is all I can say.

The constant movement just gets your muscles going, kind of like being on a boat for an extended amount of time and stepping off!
Could you advise us, as to the time interval required to be followed after any meals? After breakfast, lunch, dinner, light snacks or fruits, what's the gap to be maintained?

If I just stand on it, for the whole 10 minutes, is it still effective? As it says 150cal after 10 minutes just standing.

Absolutely NOT. The only vibration for Osteoporosis is 30mhz cycle at .4 g force. Research work by Dr Rubin who developed the protocols for low intensity vibration NOT these commercial machines. Whole body vibration is very different and potentially dangerous.
I have 2 questions Is there a certain time for how long I have to do these exercises on the vibration plate? Or does it depend on what's comfortable? How many days a week would you recommend me to do these exercises? + A couple of timestamps are missing, if not noticed yet.

We recommend you speak with your doctor or a trainer about what may be best for your goals, the vibration plate can be an intense workout and you don't want to overdo it! They would also be aware of any previous and current injuries that you may have. Hope this helps!

The band that comes with the platform only comes in one size. If you want to continue using those, you could tie a knot.
