Afterwards, SLOWLY and CAREFULLY blow your nose. Do not do it forcefully or you’ll hurt your eardrums. I learned this the hard way.

Can this be used in a hospital bed in the seated position? With the patients head up? Or will this only work flat on the bed?

I appreciate any and all exercise tapes but as a 77 year old slightly fat senior citizen with one artificial knee getting one leg lifted over the other leg seated in a chair is impossible for me . And I did not feel like the stretches were of much help for my back pain . I'm sure she means well but the entire tape makes me feel like I'm being "talked down" to.

Twisting around the L4-L5 region is really bad for me, so dropping knees side to side is out. I had an L4-L5 laminectomy in 2008. So far so good. I'm 70. If it's in the back seat of the car, get out and open the rear door. Never bend from the waist. Bend your knees. I feel very sorry for people who have weight issues along with their back pain. 🙏🏽

Thank you Kim! I discovered you online earlier this year when I was preparing for a knee replacement. I had acquired a floor pedal machine and I used to do your exercise routine. I'm now nearly 3 months post-op and my rehab has gone extremely well. I found this routine really helpful today. The only one I struggled with was the bridge when my operated knee was being used to push myself up. I did a couple then switched to a regular bridge. Thanks again. I find your routines great as you don't waste time. 😊

LOVE this video, thank you! Simple & helpful stretches. ❤ Curious, to the interior design fans.. why is the background design heavy on the right starting from the electrical outlet? Is there a visual reason to leave the left side a blank canvas? Thanks, really, cuz I enjoy learning abt design. 😊

Stupid thing does NOT come with the power adapter plug thing, so I have to get in my car and drive somewhere and BUY one. What is wrong with these companies now like WaterPik, Apple, etc where they DO NOT provide the right plugs to charge??? This new generation has FAILED in too many ways!

I’m only 18 and have sciatica kind crazy to me but, you can technically get it at any age. I scheduled a physical therapy appointment, so I’m hoping they can help totally eliminate the pain but I’ve made my own little routine to help ease the pain until then this video I do morning and night just because of how intense the pain is I also ice and heat my back which doing both seems to be more beneficial than just doing one. This video I only started today but I felt some relief after doing it twice today I’ll update yall in a week

Great in every way ... No parallel bars, large gym balls, bench, steps or strong elastic strap between the knees to create resistance when trying to spread the legs. It's obvious that the legs are getting a great workout and the only "equipment" being used is a very basic chair, plus, a clear and concise instructor taking his time to show the exact movements.
