    @@spokzac12 I think that is based on the government though, and not the country. The US government plants more trees than it cuts down, but the rest of the american population cuts down more than it plants, so all in all the US has negative growth. The people cutting down the trees are usually people who develop properties or are expanding the agricultural capacity of the country. Simply put; developed land generate more financial resources than a forrest. The US government does plant alot of trees, but it still lets people buy forrests with intent of cutting them down. The government does this because it leads to GDP growth, and also more workplaces and also higher industrial or residential capacity.

    Most monitors are 1920p* 1080p, which is about 2 million pixels. It will take ten monitors of screen size, of each green pixel representing a tree, to see an image of 20 million trees.

    If the image size is 4000x4000 thats 16 000 000 pixels so there is more than one tree PER PIXEL.

    Steve, this is awesome. I'm actually working on a project with "The Green Marine" on LinkedIn right now, so this is incredibly helpful.     Thats really impressive! wouldn't have tought that blender would be capable of handling this. Btw, to have a tree in every pixel of an image, you would need at least a resultion of 6246x3212, which is a bit more than standart 6k.

    Decrease the scale even further, like by a factor of ten, then you could see the individual trees. They would probably just look like green dots though!
