Great review! I just got tp-xxl to take the place of my Tech MC. The TP-XXL handle is ridiculously long. I had to fold the fabric of the handle and box stitch both sides of the handle and shortened the overall hight by 4 inches. That makes it the same height as if you take the handle of the TP-LC and put it on the TP-XXL. The handle still rests on the back of the bag win the lid is flipped open. I did this because the first day I used the TP-XXL I realized I was having to lift the handle of a 36.5lb dumbbell just over head height dozens of times in a day to set it on standard high office counters and tables. By the end of that first bay my back was messed up. No it was not the weight because it was loaded out with exactly the same tools as my Tech MC Ive been carrying for about two years now without any issues. Even with my back messed up the shorter handle is less strenuous lifting and way way more control just carrying in general.

Good review , I’ve been giving one serious thought ! Never been a fan of open tool pouches ( snow , freezing rain , sticky fingers ) . I think I’d off the stock clips on the handle , and replace them with a couple of thin screw gate beiners !

Think I’ll make this bag my charging bag, thinking that it would be better than putting stuff in a pack out box. Just ordered the blackout mct very excited for both 🤙🏻

The TP XL is the same size, in real terms, but provides more weather protection 👍 And they are great tool bags. Superb quality.

Waiting for my LC I’m excited. Some coworkers had the XL, it looked real nice but seemed very tippy and looked like it was harder to climb ladder cages with (refinery instrument tech). Hopefully the LC is compact enough and can still fit a fluke 789. *Update* it fits the 789, had to put it on left side and fold the larger canvas to the side to fit comfortably

I just ordered my Spring Promotion today. I currently use a TP4B which I love and have a TP-XL that I felt was too big for what I wanted it for so didn’t use it. It’s like you made this video for me. Thanks a bunch!

Nice comparison. Just got a TP-XL in the spring promo, to see how it compares to the Velocity Rogue 2.0 which is a fraction too small for by battery testing load out.

That little bag is so nice, I’m very impressed. Considering consolidating my other two go bags into the new XL Wheeler and then using the LC as the replacement maybe. I think that would really slim things down some

It’s actually a great size. Not so big that it ends up weighing a lot but not so small you can’t fit enough tools. I’ve been using it awhile now and should have a good Loadout video coming soon with it too

I sure do! I did a recent one of what is in the cab and I shot another of my decked system setup but I haven’t gotten a chance to get it edited and posted yet, it has systainers and a bunch of the veto parts bags in it as well on the right side drawer, the left drawer is all power tools

These bags should come with the shoulder strap. I had warranty issues dealing with the manufacturer. I’m still happy with my tp4 but disappointed in the warranty process that is still not resolved. But overall still a good bag.

Thanks: I have been using my "free" MB3 as a mini bag for simple jobs. It's not perfect and keeps tipping over. I might pop for a TB-LC. I don't think the TP-LC was in the list of choices when I purchased my first Veto in spring of 2021. I suggest you make a short video, and walk people thru the Veto spring promotion: Getting the second nice bag for free, helps to reduce the sting of the first purchase. Maybe show people all the free bags you got, when you ordered a larger bag. --Reese

No problem with that! I love supporting local. My local supply house only carries 3-4 bags out of the entire lineup and usually only has 1-2 out of those types even available, and is usually marked up 15-20% over veto pricing so I’d rather support myself than that 🤣

How do you reattach the hook can you post a high quality photo of it? mine keeps slipping off almost dropped it off a building last week.

Got the Lc just bc I don’t like having a bag show casing my tools people WILL borrow tools they need if they see it. And who knows if it makes it back . Just my two cents

There isn’t a belt clip on the LC to hang the pouch like the 5B and down have, so I imagine you’d have to be pretty creative.
