Potatoes 10-12 pieces (4-5 servings)
1 onion,
100 grams of cheese,
3 eggs
50 ml of milk,
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Add 20-30 g of butter to a heated pan and lay out the potatoes, fry for 5-7 minutes on low heat, stir and add salt and pepper, chop 1 onion, add to the potatoes and mix.
Grate 100 grams of cheese.
Break 3 eggs and add salt and 50 ml of milk, mix thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese and eggs on the potatoes, sprinkle with greens to taste and fry for 5-7 minutes on low heat!
