Potentially an admirable trait, but only to a certain point, before it becomes detrimental. Indeed, it might seem compelling the first or second time you hear him. Even if you don't necessarily agree you still get the sense that he stands for his opinions and that he has thought things through before speaking. But it soon becomes clear that he's flailing back and forth, all over the place, depending on which way the wind blows, always taking the high ground. Simon's wrong about our goalscoring. the last five games in the league we are top four in goals scored or something like that. Last month that was our issue, now it's conceding too many... it feels like when one factor is corrected another one breaks. When one player returns from injury, we lose a couple more. Chelsea are their own worst enemy, no doubt about it, and when they finally stop doing that we will see them be a contender again because the metrics show that this team has huge potential

Out of nowhere.. The guy had massive ties to oligarch blood money, only perpetuated further by Russian invasion of sovereign country. Chelsea are a fake big club and would be nothing without oligarch lottery.

The money involved in football these days, is not only obscene, it is extremely FALSE. Not many companies would get away with what goes on at football clubs these days, and a bigger BODY needs to take control of financial misuses, where nothing is missed, or cleverly covered up by a rather selected highly paid accountant. Maybe players could be graded, rather than left to a glamorous auction hierarchy. 🤔🙏🏻🙏🏻

These conversations really baffle me..why is it that everyone thinks poch bought these players? That he would buy these players and not buy a striker??? Chelsea buy the players not poch! The players at Chelsea are average at best..not top 10 players...thats not poch's fault. If poch is now saying he wants a striker..why is Jim surprised? Everyone knows the team needs a striker. They spent money where they dont really need to..nothing to do with poch.

@Tarek_ElMaddah yes..thats another thing for people to consider when they say poch hasn't improved the team..im not sure what more can be done with the squad..they are just not good enough.. Chelsea over paid for all the players they bought..that isn't poch's doing.. These players are 15th/16th position players.. Chelsea might just end up in a relegation battle by the way..

Boehly knows a lot about making money but its not so easy making a sports team other than throwing money at it. Have you seen the contracts he's been setting up in his baseball team. Makes what he's done at chelsea seem like nothing.

Although Chelsea have spent poorly on young players with nothing but potential, we had to over-spend on those players. Liverpool bid over £100m for Caicedo and Arsenal were after Mudryk. The ownership are more concerned about turning a profit on players than the team actually progressing up the league and doing well. There’s no relegation in the MLS so the ownership has no concept of it yet…
