Great wee cooking videos, guys. I use these pre-cooked noodles all the time in stir-fries. The secret is to break them up/ separate them by hand before adding to the pot, though. Makes life a lot easier. Otherwise, just as I'd have done it. :-)

just sold a 20 year old cadac and went out and bought the Safari Chef, so guess what the first meal will be :-) yep a stir fry. haha

Lids are available for the cadac direct from them.

That chicken was well raw….lol

Chicken MUST be cooked through.

Putting the wooden spoon back on the chopping board that had the raw chicken on and then transfering the bacteria into the cooking pot without having the high temperature nor time to safely kill the added bacteria is a big no no for me...sorry!
