Vertigo (चक्कर) in long term can be managed and recurrence can be avoided if a person suffering from vertigo regularly do certain rehabilitating exercises every day shown in this video.     @@lovekeshgarg ji vit D3 & B12 deficiency is one of the reasons for spinning , I can give u other reasons any of them or multiple of them can be other reasons 1- High / low BP 2-High cholesterol 3-inner ear problem 4 cervical 5 - defficiency of vitamin D3 & B12 or any one 6 -Nero problem So plz consult with your dr first & get diagnose by ur dr then he will suggest medicines or exercise according to ur age & defficiency .plz don't take allopathic medicine ur self as they have side effects

    @@simransingh89 ji samjh nahin aata ki vertigo hai ya defficiency of vitamins Mujhe lagbhag 2 saal hone ko hain Dr bhi preshan hai jahan tak vertigo ka swal hai lagta hai theek hai kyoki usake symptoms nahin hai test karaye to usame vit D3 aur B12 defficiency hai dr ne multivitamin, B12 tab aur D3 ke sachet lene ko kha hai sath mein vertigo ki tab jo kaan mein bahut halki seeti ki awaj aati hai vo bhi silence mein usase koi problem nahin hai ,abhi 3 mahine huye hain dobara test karoonga, basically halke chakkar rahte hain vo is umar mein vit D3 aur B12 ki kumi se ho jata hai kyoki immune aur digestive system week ho jata hai I am sr citizen so nothing to worry

    For infection it is better u consult ENT specialist otherwise these are only exercises for inner ear balancing,(in case of vertigo generally it is bcz of bppv that is related to inner ear which is responsible for our body balance )

    U must be aware that our eyes, throat &ear are inter connected ,our both eyes see any thing passes a message to ear vestibular system &our ears balances that signal &passes a signal to brain &vise versa th. Thalamus just in computer in case some problem with one ear the signal varies form both the ears so one may feel spinning these exercises are to make balance, I am vertigo patient &followed same exercises told by my doctor &lot of improvement is there ,there may be other reasons also for spinning so better u consult ENT specialist let him diagnose first
