Nowadays it usually happens due to vitamin b1 deficiency. Study more doc. Brain related issues are generally due to lack of vit b1 and b12, and vit d. So anyone of you facing vertigo then try taking vit b1, b12 and D and see if it helps. In my case it happened because of these plus iodine loss. And these deficiencies can lead to many dangerous diseases.
