I'm really curious about the collisions of the new trader vehicles. Why did that first trader explode when leaving? Also, will you have to depressurize before you tell them to depart so they don't blast through your hangar doors and will that kill them?

What parts need insulating for the landing pad gas/liquid? In my own game even though I've removed the gas input, output and tanks, the landing pad itself seems to heat up the gas. If it's everything I'm not sure how you're supposed to do it.

landing pad center and tanks convect heat (nothing else). But when most of your volume sits in insulated tanks, the heat convection that's done by the landing pad center is minimal. When you have no tanks it can seem like a lot of heating, but that's just because the landing pad itself has almost no volume for gas to begin with.

I’m curious, are you using your atmospheric mod during your play through? If so does the mod offer any new techniques to cooling the base?

this is not with the atmos mod. and the atmos mod changes a lot of things, cooling included.

You and Mick are both saying that you are on Day X but how do you know is there a counter somewhere that I am missing???

Right, that's what I thought and made work. Too bad they are not slotted, so you could have them work more than one tray.

it's the same AC setups i showed in my AC video (the 6 AC and 12 AC one with volume pumps) i have just build them vertical for funsies.

How is your suit not damaged from all that blowing around with all the mining you've done? My suit is almost damaged beyond repair and I'm on day 14! 😂

There's a particular technique to avoid taking suit damage from winds. it's called going into your save file and making the suit and helmet invulnerable 🤫 The wind force is just so stupid i had enough of it. 😅 it's unplayable and not fun. and you never take suit damage from anything else anyway.

Wait, at 10:29 did trader not have a successful takeoff? Or was that the engines igniting?

it crashed into the terrain. apparently the take-off is shallower than the landing, but i got what i needed from him 😄

Technically this version of Venus is already terraformed. The real pressure on Venus is over 9 MPa. :)

Not related to your gameplay but the single most annoying visual thing for me on the world's is that inside your base the atmospheric haze from outside is still present in the base. Annoys the hell out of me
