சார்..சுடு தண்ணீரில் போடாமல் பாலை லேசாக சூடாக்கி அதில் dip செய்து plate இல் அடுக்கி அதன் மேல் தயிர் ஊற்றி வைத்தால் அடுத்தநாள் கூட வடை புளிக்காமல் நன்றாக சுவையாக இருக்கும்.
