    Namaskara sir.Your dishes are so good n authentic.I like all recepies because I settled in Karnataka n love all mangalorian dishes. This idli batter normally n originally was prepared in attukal only in Tamil Nadu before grinder. Subsequently in Hotel n marriage halls idli rava was used. But in Karnataka for ldli no grinding of rice like Tamil Nadu. Idli rava is only used. But many of us is going back to original way of grinding rice seperately n udin doll seperately for mallikaipoo idli.🙏 Nice to hear this method also.

    I tried your sambar sir . Wowwww it came out very well. I’m very big fan of different type of sambar’s, I used to drink, yesterday my kids & my husband were also drinking.
