Hi Tracey! & Mark, Great home, unique remodeling! Its a good looking home, easy to reach beaches and shopping, i feel Bay Indies lot rent eventually....will outprice the money spent to purchase, perhaps not right now, but eventually. That's going to be problematic in the long run

I like it but I wish you had shown all of the island in the kitchen. Are there only 3 drawers in the kitchen or does the island have more? Women usually like to see how many drawers are in a kitchen. At least 5 is okay but 6 to 8 is better. Please star letting people know things like that. And letting us know if there is a pantry or not.

I wish they had mobile homes on land with no hoa/rent fee. Just put one on my own land please

Astronomical lot rent as usual, but it doesn't cover water, garbage, yard upkeep, etc? Ridiculous and getting worse all the time. When these parks start losing all their residents, maybe they'll come back down to earth.
