Wow, looks so yummy! I want to try with requeson! MMMmmm! I tried once with not boiling the noodles and it still came out good. :)

Hello Melissa! Thank you for watching and for your comment. Requeson is the cheese that most resembles ricotta, but it is still quite different in flavor and texture. It's quote delicious so you definitely should try it. Maybe one day I will make this for you so you can try it out 😊
