Right! My favorite was the chipotle! I was so sad when they took it away. I used to do this with the OG beyond chicken tenders and I will try with the gardein

Adorable apron! There's no need to mess with a good thing, and the Gardein tenders still beat some of the newer ones in taste tests. This is a nice, quick, non-holiday meal for when you're hustling with holiday activities; thanks for posting!

I so appreciate recipes like this! I love cooking elaborate recipes when I have the time and motivation but often during the work week/end of the year I’m totally over it, all my fancy meal plans go out the window, and I’m just looking at my weekly groceries like 👀 Recipes like these are perfect to save me from getting takeout instead ❤

Looks good. I hear you about being tired at the end of the day. I’ve done these type of tacos with the Gardein “Fysh” pieces and it’s a great fish taco replica.

My sister went vegan yearssss before me while I was an anti vegan. She used to live on gardein- I was appalled. Now I live on gardein, even with all the new brands of chicken over the years- gardein 7 grain tenders will always be my favourite

Very interesting, we use those vegan chicken strips for chicken parm, though definitely opt for the spicy ones (which are a million times better) if they are in stock.

It’s how McDonald’s wraps them which is what this recipe is veganizing can wrap it however you like

That ranch is one of the worst tasting dressing ever.

Okay… use any vegan ranch you like not that big of a deal and it does taste good to me
