Let me just say I purchased 3 bottles as apart of the Black Friday sale … I received the oils about three weeks later and instead of “veganic” it was named “eelhoe”…. Honestly idk what that is or why it’s a different name … but it actually makes me a bit nervous to use on my hair …. So I’ve done the patch test…. Instead of putting it all through my hair because…. Baby I’d like to keep my hair …. I’ll keep you guys updated on my results ..

I bought a shampoo bar on Facebook that when it came it said Eelhoe.....it wasn't what I signed up for so I threw it away. Everything was roughly 60 plus dollars Canadian. These scammers be working overtime....they might send you something but what's in it??? Just throw it out.

With all due respect this video is as vague as the title. You haven’t helped us as we can read all of this on the website. You’ve just wasted time reading it slowly. The title gives the impression you have tried and tested the product like many other videos. Please be more clear with your titles as it wastes people’s time.

They have this on Black Friday sale two for one @ $9.99. It may not work if they're giving an extra one away for free.

I would caution against buying. I fell for this. There was a special as well. Buy one get one free. I ordered it from the veganic website too and just received the product. It is not Veganic. The name on the bottle is EELHOE.

So did I, but I received 2 bottles of Veganic. They have excellent customer service so try emailing them and explaining your issue and why did they send you a product that you did not order. They also have tracking

@sarahrussell20 I would say give it a try. I did not try to return mine and I am still using it. I bought it for my thinning crown and I am really seeing results. I use it twice a day and we shall see the end result. I did order more, but not from the overseas company. I ordered it on Amazon. The reason I switched up is that Amazon honors all returns with no hassles. If you look at the ingredients, they're really just a lot of natural ingredients. I will keep you guys posted...so far, so good.

I just received this today. I mean was all oils have the same ingredients Castor oil, Argan, Coconut, and Rosemary Oil The only difference is the active ingredient Green Coffee. My dreads absorb the oils up but like I stated we probably use these oils anyway.

Some of these are really scammers and they're giving buy one get one offer only with prepaid order so you have to pay the price to avail the offer and after paying you won't receive any confirmation email or msgs as they claimed. Don't fall for it.. It's a pure wastage of your money and I'm writing this because one of my friend got scammed by one of them.

I understand, but where I ordered from, it was not a scam. They provided tracking and they have an excellent customer service department who will answer all your questions. There isn't a phone number, just email, which was the downside. But everytime I email them, they respond right back. Sorry that some ppl were scammed. That is very unfortunate. My advice would bt to use a credit card, in case you are defrauded. This way they can't wipe out your banking acct.

If, when you ordered your product that qas buy one get one free, and checked "subscribe"...you will be billed and additional $39.00. I emailed their customer support team and the money was immediately put back onto my card. Many people will only complain and say were takend advantage of. But all you have to do is reach out to them. They provide tracking for your purchase. I wasn't able to complete my order with clicking "subscribe". I can only imagine how many people don't challenge this charge. Currently, I'm awaiting my next 2 bottles. They provided me with a link where I could simply order from them without the hassle like last time. If my results change, I will let you guys know.
