Also thought it’s important to point out that your diet plays a major role, external treatments come secondary to your overall health and how you take care of your body and mind- make sure your not deficient in any vitamins or in your iron levels as these could also be the leading cause for hair fall. Similarly stress management ❤

I’ve been trying this hair growth serum of reactivate littleexttrra for a really long time now and satisfied with the outcomes I have got with it... it's my 3rd serum bottle now. This serum has to be applied to the scalp so it works like magic to a dry scalp. I put on it usually before bed time and just massage it well into my hair....and wash it the next morning. I have seen hair growth and enhancement in my hair density.

Hair loss doesn’t happen for no reason, you need to fix the underlying issues This is how you grow your hair : 1-check for any vitamin deficiencies especially d3 and your iron levels these are the most common ones. 2- check your hormones 3-check if you have an autoimmune disease , or any other health issue. 4- fix your diet , eat more protein veggies and fruits and minimize your sugar intake . 5-manage your STRESS , I know it’s hard but try . 6- you might have some gut issues, fix your diet and eat more food that has probiotics and prebiotics. Or take a probiotic supplement. If you have any digestion issues Taking digestive enzymes will also help . 7- do not overtrain in the gym After you’ve done all of these things now you can do other things to help : 1- change your shampoo , maybe you are allergic to one of its ingredients. 2- oil your hair twice a week with rosemary oil , use light weight carrier oil with it. Use it on your scalp only and do not use too much . Just put a thin layer and wear a shower cap . Do not keep it for too long , 2-4 hours are enough. 3- massage your hair daily 4 - use rosemary water daily if you can it really helps . 5- don’t bleach your hair or heat style your hair a lot 6- if you have any bald spots use fresh garlic juice ( be careful with that because it’s irritating ) or just gently rub a garlic clove if it’s too harsh for your scalp , Mix it with a drop of a light weight carrier oil and apply it on the the bald spot . 7- use a bamboo brush instead of plastic and brush your hair starting from the ends . 8- use a hair mask once a week I hope this helps. please take care of your mental health because it really hurts your body from the inside . Stress and depression kept me sick for years and it was the main reason why my hair started to fall . Nothing worked until I reduced my stress levels. I know it’s hard to do so , but we have to try . happy holidays everyone ❤

Hair shaft is not dead. It’s very much so alive . When new hair makes its way out of the follicle the nerve within that follicle dies off not your hair shaft. The happens because if it did not things like getting a haircut would be excruciating pain for us and that’s why the nerve must die off. Please learn the science of hair before trying to teach folks about hair. It’s really basic, professional shampoo and conditioner, leave in conditioner for blow dry, thermal spray for flat iron. You wanna set the bonds in your hair from alpha keratin to beta keratin safely and correctly. Products, blow dryers, and flat irons are tools to help you do that they don’t grow your hair. Hair grows from the inside out and that’s why diet is important. Your hair is made up of a protein called keratin which comes from your gut micro biome and so does biotin. Everyone’s hair grows pretty much at the same rate 1/2 inch every month and in a year you should have 6 inches of growth. So please people stop thinking products grow your hair and auto doing mechanical damage to the hair shaft with tight styles and product styling and you’ll be ok. 😊
