I've use the littleexttra reactivaate hair growth serum each night prior to I sleep. I apply it into my scalp slightly. I can see results! My hair loss has reduced a lot, and I can new baby hairs emerging. The serum is light and doesn't feel tacky or greasy. It lasts a good time too! I've been using it for almost a month now. If you're dealing with hair fall or bald spots, you should definitely give it a try. It really works.
The way she was so precise answering the questions instead of beating around the bush made me subscribe to her channel. Great video, thank you for sharing your tips

My sister says the same thing she has thick hair like the girl in the video but slightly curlier and she deals with hair dryness often but after she started washing her hair daily her hair looked so much better she uses milk products the nourishing line and she uses nizoral once a week and oils her hair before washing it to protect it from the shampoo over stripping her hair, maybe I will try it soon I just don’t have the time to do it daily 😅

Tip: if you detangle your hair while it’s wet use a wide comb for less split ends. Your hair while wet is the most fragilest state so combing it out with a normal brush causes a lot of damage. Also only shampoo your scalp and not your ends aswell. Shampoo is mostly meant for the scalp to cleanse the build up etc. washing it out will act like a cleanser for your ends. Then you can use conditioner on your ends. Hope this helped.
@nichelleng

yeaa totally agree that hair is more fragile when it's wet hence I am using combs that are designed/suitable for wet hair and thank you for the tip on using the shampoo! gonna try it out to see if it works for me :)

Loved this video so much!! Thanks for sharing 🥺❤️ honestly for me, I think it really depends on how our bodies produce oil. Especially for us asians, I don’t think it’s easy to train our type of hair to last long without washing! I also wash everyday like you do and it’s helped my hair become so healthy and shiny ever since i was born 😅. If I skip more than 2 days, it becomes oily, dry, brittle, and I notice so much more breakage! Our hair type is just so much more different than others ❤️❤️❤️
I love the curl you do- I’ve been trying for months to get that style of curl with my iron and im gonna try this method! Thx!

Side note: never apply shampoo by end of your hair (bc it will dry it out just apply it on your scalp so when you rinse it will go down by your middle of hair and end) Second note: never dry your hair immediately after shower it will cause dryness leave your hair with a towel for 30-60 mins then blow dry. After I stopped doing these my hair got a lot healthier hope it helped ❤

Thanks for being honest with the oiling tips. I also don't use oil bcz I think it does nothing for my hair rather than making it more oily & it falls out a lot when I apply oil. I also don't use any protective hair tie, just leave it loose like you do. I don't have dense hair like yours bcz it fell out due to dandruff but I'm trying my best to grow it back. Plz guys if u have any tips or useful hair growth products, recommend me

For me i use coconut oil (organic) but i would suggest you to not buy those "brandy oils" i suggest you to do some research on Indian hair remedies and techniques. Trust me you will benefit from it. I also suffer from severe hair fall when my scalp is greasy and dirty. when i wash it i barely have any hair fall. But after 4-6 days of washing, i lose around 20 hairs a day but after applying oil my hair doesn't fall much. So i get it it's confusing for you.

depends on what kind of hair you have i would say. in fact, i have very fine and wavy hair and structurally it is quite prone to breakage. so i really try to go 3,4 days without washing or heat in it and it has improved it a lot. my sisters have quite thick hair and it is naturally more forgiving on heat stress or washing more frequently. 🤷🏻♀️

I hope you incorporate a hair oil routine as well, this is hands down the best therapy for any hair. I have been oiling my hair before every wash and keeping it for 4-5 hours. I use coconut oil. I also made 4 to 5 varieties like rosemary, lemon, castor, coffee, and herbs( each added to coconut oil). I cannot exactly tell how lustrous this makes your hair in one go. I hope you try :)
