I haven't priced it out, but you can get a block of tofu for under $4. The rest is just seasonings. (Serves 4 people). A LOT cheaper than salmon!

Video says recipes than proceeds not to list the ingredients lol. I really wanna try this. Is there a longer video?

I have only one issue with veganism, and thats calling tofu salmon, or beans burgers or vegetables sausages. Just call it what it is. If its tasty and nutritional then thats all people need to know.
