I think soaking the soy curls in veggie broth would be better. And adding to the breading of the soy curls - garlic powder, onion powder and possibly some white rice flour or chickpea flour which I heard gives it a crunch

It just tastes like salt-less chicken thigh meat. It's pretty amazing. I wish I knew about these long time ago

In your video you say 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, your recipe online says 2 tablespoons, but the words on your video say 1 tablespoon. Which is it??

Chicken isn't vegan! Chicken is a bird species.

@@obijuankenobi420 It is very hypocritical to associate vegan recipes with the results of animal cruelty (killed chickens). Vegan recipes are made with plants and fungi. All vegan recipes should be named after the included plants and fungi.
