this was a full-day culinary journey in #Chinatown, NYC, as I searched for the best #vegan delights from breakfast to dessert. I had an amazing time eating and exploring, and I can confidently say, mission accomplished! I hope you enjoy the delicious #adventure as much as I did! #foodtour
also, I didn't mention it in the video, but something special happened at Bodhi. after taking a bite of the BBQ meat (spare ribs), I was almost brought to tears. a wave of nostalgia from my childhood washed over me. You can see this moment at 12:20. tasting something so reminiscent of my childhood after all these years was truly amazing. It's remarkable how food can transport us back to moments filled with love and comfort.
