I tried this recipe and it turned out to be amazing! Manchurian balls were very soft and delicious 😊 I made a few changes though. Instead of beans, I added spring onions in the manchurian balls. Also, I used finely chopped onion and capsicum in the gravy. It gave a nice texture. Using the chopper was very useful and time saving. Also, it will be a good idea to sqeeze the water out of the veggies before adding maida and cornflour. It will be easier to make the balls. The recipe is a bit time consuming but totally worth it. Thank you for sharing this recipe 😊
