Sir I used ricebran oil for a past five years. I am 58 years old and havind heart problems also. But after using this oil recommended by you in the last episode it reduces my problems to a certain level. What I am coming to say is this is good one and not doing any harm to health. Apart from this Gopimanjurian in your way with virgin olive oil is very very good.

Madam The oil shown in the program is the sponsor of the program. The chef is not "recommending" from nutrition perspective. Also, olive oil best for stir fry nd never for deep fry. Please be careful and consult your doctor /nutritionist.

Tried both Veg fried rice and gobi manchurian!! Came out so yummy. Used cast iron kadai in high heat and it worked perfect 👌. Thank you so much for the recipe. All loved it
