Prepare this delicious Veg Kolhapuri recipe at home and enjoy its flavours with Rice, Dal and Chappati.
Ingredients:
For Chilli Garlic Paste:
8 - 10 Dry Kashmiri Chilli
7 - 8 Gralic Cloves
For Kolhapuri Masala:
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
6 - 8 Cloves
2 tbsp Dry Coconut
4 - 5 Black Pepper
2 Green Cardamom
Mace
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
For Gravy - Paste
2 tbsp Oil
3 - 4 Onions ( Medium )
1 inch Ginger
8 - 10 Cashewnuts
2 tbsp Melon Seeds
4 - 5 Tomato ( Medium )
8 - 10 Garlic Cloves
2 - 3 Dry Red Chilli
For Sabji:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
2 tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Coriander Powder
2 tsp Kolhapuri Masala / Garam Masala
Reddy Paste
1 cup Parboiled Veg ( Carrot, French beans, Peas, Baby Corn )
1/2 cup Fried Veg ( Potato & Cauliflower )
1/2 cup Paneer ( Fried )
Kasuri Methi
Salt to Taste
Water ( as per required )
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Lemon Juice
For Tempering:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Dry Red Chilli
