Ingredients
Purple Rain Mocktail
For Compost
- 400 grams Jamun/ Black Grapes
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Purple Colour (Option)
For Layer
- 200 ml Litchi Juice/ Litchi Crush
- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Sprite as per requirement
- 2 to 3 Lemon Wedges
- Few Mint Leaves
Italian Sandwich Dhokla
For Dhokla
- 2 Cup Semolina (Suji)
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Gram Flour
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Fruit Salt (Eno)
For Veg and Cheesy Stuffing
- 1/2 Cup Spinach (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn (Boiled)
- 2 Tbsp Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil (Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tsp Paparika Powder / Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to Taste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 2 to 3 Cheese Slices (For Topping)
- Melted Butter
- Green Chutney or Pesto Sauce (For Spread)
Italian Mini Sizzler
For Pesto Sauce
- 1 Cup Fresh Basil
- 8 to 10 Cashewnut / Walnut
- 7 to 8 Garlic Cloves
- 3 to 4 Green Chillies
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Salt to Taste
For making Rice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Cup Onion/ Spring Onion (Small)
- 1/4 Cup Carrot (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (Green, Yellow & Red)
- 1/4 Cup Brocoli
- 2 Tbsp Boil Corn
- 2 Tbsp Basil (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 3 to 4 Tbsp Pesto Sauce
- 2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- Salt to Taste
For Curry Veggies
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Onion (Cube Cutting)
- 1/4 Cup Carrot (Cube Cutting)
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Brocoli
- Salt to Taste
For Curry
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Maida
- 2 to 3 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Paperika Powder
- Vegetables
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
For Italian Chips
- 1 Cup Maida
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Water as required
Choco Walunt Pizza Cookie / Pizzokie
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Room Temprature)
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Cup Maida (210 grams)
- 2 Tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips / Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Walnut Chunks
- Pinch Salt
For Serving
- Vanilla Serving
- Chocolate Sauce

Competition 4th step by step method late night complete my hard working Day..11pm,(3rd )I bake hot cakes inside idli at a time -10:35 pm .. Serve with Daal dry& Adding Kadu kaacha paste fry in hot mustard oil .. brown in colour (2nd) step..1st step is I am making hot peanut sugar syrup..for ladoos ..
