Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Van Conversion - Episode 5 - Cupboards & Kitchen Framing
Welcome to episode 5 of my camper van conversion. In this episode stat by crafting some shaker style cupboard fronts, all they need now is a lick of paint. After that I set to work on the kitchen framing with a little help from my old man to speed up the process.

Are you going to insulate your van? I'm following this serie cause im interested of this conversion, it will be amazing! Do you know how long the van is?

Yes I’m using plain old simple fibreglass insulation, and it’s a lwb Vauxhall Vivaro, not sure of the exact length
insulate first before you start building surely ?

A couple of reasons, 1. Im using fibreglass insulation and this always catches bits of sawdust etc. 2. Ive built the parts of the van in a modular way and so can very easy take them out, this way I can build it then take it out as a whole unit and insulate as I go along, I agree it does seem an odd way to do things but it’s worked for me so far
